Create your account

1. Choose Create an account on the website or app. Enter your name, email and a password of at least ten characters.
2. Accept the terms, then enter the six-digit code sent to your email. You can use this same account on the website and app.
3. In the app, choose your university, faculty, department and level. Programme is optional. Tell us how you heard about KampusOne if you want to.

Plan classes and exams

1. Open Explore → Timetable to add classes manually or import a timetable with Kira. Add instructions to exclude courses you do not offer. Review dates and times before saving.
2. Open Explore → Exam timetable to upload your exam schedule or add papers. Include a full date, start and finish time for each exam. Exam cards replace class cards during the saved exam period.
3. For the first paper each day, reminders are scheduled two hours, one hour, thirty minutes and fifteen minutes before the exam. Allow notifications and check Android alarm permissions.
4. To disable the remaining reminders for that day, open the alarm’s awareness screen and confirm the email code. Dismissing a ringing alarm alone keeps later reminders active.

Subscribe to a community

1. Open a community and choose Subscribe. Review its guidelines and complete your eligibility form.
2. Only community admins review your full name, matriculation number, department and level. Your nickname is shown within the community.
3. Your request stays pending until an admin reviews it. Approved subscriptions have notifications enabled; you can change them in the community settings.

Study with Kira

1. Open Kira to ask a question or attach a PDF, text document or image. Documents can be up to 100 MB; images have a smaller limit. Compress larger files first.
2. Text PDFs are extracted before the request is sent. Large documents use selected excerpts. Password-protected and scanned PDFs may need an unlocked copy or text you can paste.
3. Choose Standard → View Plans, then Get Kira Pro to see your campus price and benefits. Payment takes place through Paystack.
4. Kira can use relevant details from your previous chats when memory is enabled. Review answers and verify important dates and academic rules.

Message and share media

1. Open Messages, then a conversation. It opens at the latest messages.
2. Tap the attachment button to pick a photo, video or document. Keep the conversation open while an upload finishes; retries can resume missing chunks.
3. Tap received media to open the full-screen viewer. A pending or failed item shows its status and a retry action.

Find places around campus

1. Open Map, choose a university and a published campus, then search for a place. Map detail varies by campus.
2. Tap the location button and allow location access to centre and zoom to your position.
3. Choose a destination and a walking route. The route shortens as you move; it recalculates if you leave the path.
4. Turn on 3D buildings to see mapped footprints. Heights are approximate when source data does not contain a building height.

Teach, sell or deliver

1. Choose Become an agent on the website and select Vendor, Tutor or Rider. Complete the application and identity requirements.
2. After approval, vendors can add photos, descriptions, prices and stock, then choose Upload product. There is no separate product review submission for an approved vendor.
3. Tutors can upload free, booking-included or paid resources. Paid videos are linked to the purchasing account and open inside the app.
