Agreement and account
These terms govern the KampusOne website, app and agent services from 6 October 2026. By registering or using the services, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. Provide accurate information, keep your account credentials private and contact support@kampusone.app about an account issue. Accounts and agent services are subject to age, verification and eligibility requirements.
Student and campus information
KampusOne provides tools for organizing study, discovering information and accessing campus services. It is not an official university authority unless a specific source or announcement says so. Academic dates, timetables, routes and AI outputs should be checked against the issuing institution or relevant primary source. You remain responsible for attending classes and examinations.
Reminders and alarms
Reminders depend on accurate entries, time settings, permissions, operating system restrictions, device power and connectivity. Exam reminders apply to the first paper of a saved day. Disabling remaining exam alarms requires the awareness confirmation flow. Do not rely on KampusOne as your only means of waking up or remembering an examination.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate another person, submit false identity or eligibility information, threaten or harass people, publish unlawful content, exploit the service, bypass access controls or distribute material you have no right to share. Follow community guidelines. We may remove content or restrict accounts when a rule or law is violated, with support and appeal channels where applicable.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant KampusOne the permission needed to store, process and display it for the requested feature, including delivering it to its intended audience and moderating it. You are responsible for obtaining permission to share documents, images, videos and other materials. Public content may be viewed, copied or shared by others.
Communities and messaging
Community subscription can require an eligibility application and admin approval. Authorized community admins review the submitted details. Private conversations and attachments are accessible to their authorized participants and to limited operational processes when necessary for abuse handling, security or support. Approval does not establish official university recognition.
Kira and subscriptions
Kira provides AI-generated assistance and can make mistakes. Review important answers, citations and calculations. Plan benefits, campus price, usage limits and any offer are shown before checkout. Kira Pro grants the stated access period after verified payment. Unless expressly stated in checkout, it is a one-month purchase without automatic renewal. A free trial follows the eligibility and dates shown when claimed.
Marketplace and agent services
Vendors, tutors and riders are independent service providers. Verified status records platform checks and does not guarantee every transaction. Agents must accurately describe products, availability, prices and fulfilment terms and obey applicable laws. Approved vendors may publish products directly; listings remain subject to moderation. Keep order and booking communication in the available platform channels.
Prices, fees and payment
Checkout records the accepted item or service amount, platform commission, discounts and estimated payment processing cost. The payment provider can apply its actual customer-paid charge when that mode is enabled. The amount displayed on the provider checkout must be reviewed before paying. Payment access is granted only after server verification; duplicate or mismatched receipts may need review. Currency amounts are handled in integer kobo.
Paid learning resources
A purchase provides the access described at checkout to the purchasing account, subject to the resource remaining eligible and any dispute restrictions. Paid video controls are offered inside the app; redistribution, account sharing, download or circumvention of protection is prohibited. Access is not a transfer of copyright. Do not record or distribute protected resources without the rights holder’s permission.
Cancellations, disputes and refunds
Order, booking and material cancellation or dispute options depend on the transaction’s state and the applicable policy shown in the app. Contact support with your reference if delivery, access or payment fails. Approved refunds are reconciled against the original recorded transaction and provider records. Provider fees and settlement timing can affect the amount and timing where disclosed and permitted by applicable law.
Availability and liability
We work to keep KampusOne available and reliable, but interruptions, inaccurate third-party data and device or provider failures can occur. We may change features or pause services to handle an incident or maintain the platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses for which we are legally responsible; these terms do not remove non-excludable consumer rights.
Suspension, termination and governing law
We may restrict or terminate access for serious misuse, fraud, security risk or legal requirements. You may request deletion through account settings or support. Necessary transaction, accounting and audit records may be retained. Nigerian law applies, subject to mandatory rights in your jurisdiction. Raise concerns through support so they can be reviewed. Material changes to these terms will be published and communicated where required.
